Eligibility Criteria – कौन Apply कर सकता है?

❌ Ineligible:
- पहले से किसी Government Housing Scheme में घर/plot मिला हो
- किसी शहरी क्षेत्र में pucca house registered हो
- Annual income ₹1.80 लाख या उससे ज्यादा (PPP के अनुसार)
- Rural area के निवासी (ग्रामीण क्षेत्र)
Apply करने से पहले PPP में यह जरूर check करें:

Pay Plot Amount – Plot/Flat का Payment कैसे करें?

1: hfa.haryana.gov.in/ppt/login पर जाएं
2: अपनी PPP ID या Application ID से Login करें (OTP आएगा registered mobile पर)
3: Dashboard में “My Applications” या “Allotment Details” section पर जाएं
4: Allotment Letter download करें → Plot/Flat number, payment due date देखें
5: “Pay Now” option पर click करें → Online payment (Net Banking/UPI/Debit Card)
6: Payment receipt download करके save करें
Consumer Housing PMS Portal-consumer.housingpms.org.in पर Login → अपना Consumer ID enter करें → Dues check करें → Pay करें
Bank Loan Facilitation:
- Selected beneficiaries को Bank Loan में सहायता दी जाती है
- Help Desks पर Bank representatives present होते हैं (Possession events पर)
- SBI, PNB, Haryana Gramin Bank से priority loan available
